Typical uses include exhaust headers, chemical tanks, restaurant equipment, distillery machinery, and dissimilar steel joints (austenitic to ferritic). Suitable for cladding on unalloyed/low-alloy steels with corrosion resistance in the first layer.
Performance
Weld metal contains 15% delta-ferrite for stability, with a maximum operating temperature of 300¡ãC for dissimilar joints. Features smooth, flat bead surface with excellent fusion and easy slag removal, ideal for PA (flat), PB (horizontal), PC (vertical), PD (overhead), and 4G pipe positions.
